Bronze Service
Inspection of bike
Checking of brakes, gears and tyres
Replacing any parts as required.
Checking that all bolts are torqued to the correct level.
Check of the frame to make sure that there is no damage.

Silver Service
Everything that our Bronze service offers, plus:
Clean and polish for the frame
Full degrease of the drivetrain and high quality lubricant applied.
Inspection of bottom bracket and headset with replacement if required.

Gold Service
Everything that our Bronze & Silver services offers, plus:
A full strip down of the bike- all components are removed cleaned and inspected to wear, replacing any parts as necessary, before your bike is rebuilt.
A few things worth mentioning
Prices quoted are for labour costs only and do not include any parts. Once an assessment is done, we will provide you with an estimate for the cost of parts to confirm you are happy for the work to continue.
We ask you to ensure bikes being dropped off are cleaned / in a clean state to allow us to work on them. If a bike is considered in a condition that means we are unable work on, then there will be a surplus charge for cleaning them. This applies for bronze service or addition of already purchased parts only.
We ask that customers collect their bike within two days of receiving the notification of work completion.
Other Workshop Jobs
If your bike isn’t working quite how it should, then we can carry out an assessment & provide you with an estimate for the work needed.
We can order you any required parts and fit these free of charge. There is a £10 surcharge per part for fitting parts not originally purchased from Triathlon Hub.
Every bike that comes through the workshop is subject to a minimum of a bronze service so that we can be sure it is safe to ride when it leaves us.
We ask that customers collect their bike within two days of receiving the notification of work completion.
